Haryana Laxmi Narayan Temple
The Laxmi Narayan Temple, Faridabad has been idolized as a very holy and sacred place like Triupati Balaji Temple and Shrirangam Temple. The temple is structured in the dedication to Goddess Lakshmi ji (Goddess of Wealth) and her consort Lord Narayan (Vishnu ji, the Preserver among the Trinity of Hindu faith) and thus is known as Lakshmi Narayan Mandir. Devotees get immense peace and have a strong believe and confidence that by coming to Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, their wishes are fulfilled.
History
On the fortunate day of Vjai Dashmi in 1996, the foundation stone of Shri Laxmi Narayan temple had laid down with the blessings of Jagatguru Ramanujacharya Swami Sudarshanacharyaji Maharaj. The various devoted spiritual communities and institutions put together their all efforts to serve the temple building cause. Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir with all its majesty came into full physical existence in the year 2007.
Architecture
The temple is made out of high quality white marble specially brought from Makarana (Rajasthan) and is matchless in North India with Mandir’s sky high gold decorated pinnacles. . Architecture is mixture of traditional and modern principles.
Satsang Bhawan, pracheen Dhuna, Divya Manoranjak paragyan, Garud Stambh and Gopuram give dignity and magnificence to Mandir complex. In the presence of twenty-one golden domes, the glory of the temple has furthermore increased to an immense extent.
How To Reach
By Rail
Faridabad is last station of Northern Railway and all south and central bound trains’ passes through it. It is merely 22km from Hazarat Nizamudin Railway station. Every EMU train plies between Delhi—Palwal has stoppages at old Faridabad, NIT and Ballabhgarh. Recently Faridabad has been included for proposed DMRC extension.
By Air
Faridabad is an important town of NCR, situated on south Delhi side, and directly connected to IGI Airport Delhi by cab/ taxi services.
By Road
Roads infrastructure is well defined with good bus-stands. NH-2 (Delhi-Mathura) passes through Faridabad and state transports of Haryana, UP, MP and Rajasthan ply on the route. DTC buses also operate between Delhi-Faridabad.
Local Transport
Every mode of local transport, including city bus services, is available from almost any point of the city to reach the destination.
Important Shrines
The presiding deities of Lakshmi Narayan Mandir are Godess Lakshmi with Lord Vishnu. The other important deities of Hindu faith viz. Lord Shiva and Parvati ji, Lord Ganesh, Lord Ram and Sita with Laxmanji and Hanuman ji, Goddess Saraswati, Goddess Durga, Shri Radha Krishan ji, God Narsingha, Pawanputra Hanumanji, and Bhashyakar Swami Ramanujacharyaji, are there with their zenith.
Significance of The Temple
The Pran-partistha (religious installation) ceremony of all God and Goddess was performed strictly according to the scriptures of vedic rituals and systems. The Icons installed are the true essence of the Mandir, which disseminates an atmosphere of peacefulness and calmness creating an impression of Divinity.
Attractions
On full moon night (Purnima), the temple becomes grandeur in sight and radiates from all sides. A significant orchard is there near the Samadhi of Shrimad Jagatguru ji Maharaj.Shrivriksh and Swaroop vriksh near Dhuna are also worth seen.
Timings And Other Important Information
The temple is open from early morning to late evenings for devotees. Swami Purshottamacharyaji with his knowledge and blessings from God help the distressed devotees to get rid of their sufferings of pain and grief.

Weather And Time to Visit
The best time to visit is from February to April and September to December. The weather is pleasant and religious activities are in abundance
The entry is permissible only after opening time of temple.

Resorts, Hotels, Lodges, Community centers, Dharamshala are there to suit every type of visitors. Very well to do can also choose Delhi for stay.
Tips For Devotees
- Keep the place clean and tidy.
- Wash your hands and feet etc. prior to worship.
- Pets and any eatables are not allowed inside the complex.
- Mandir Management does not allow any Alcohol, Smoking, Drug etc, inside the complex.
