Barmer district is located in the western part of Rajasthan state in India. Like all the districts in Rajasthan Bermer district is also a forming part of Thar Desert. The total area of Barmer district is covered up to 28,387km. Barmer District is surrounded by Jodhpur District to the east, Jalore District to the south, Jaisalmer District to the north and Pakistan to the west. The Latitudes 24, 58’ to 26, 32’N and Longitudes 70, 05’ to 72, 52’ E of this district is located.
