History

Other story associated with the history of Sisganj Sahib as a shrine. It is said that Guru Gobind Singh had passed through this area to stay here for short time. He came here while going to Kurukshetra from Ambala in 1702. It was unique meeting between a Guru and locals while he stayed in the shade of a tree near a hut of a potter at this place that has already emerged into big shrine today.
