Uttaranchal Mansa Devi Temple Haridwar
This temple is located in Haridwar district and presiding deity of the temple is Goddess Mansa. Exact location of this temple on a mountain named Bilwa Parvat. The counting of this temple is among five pilgrimages in Haridwar district. Geographically the Bilwa Parvat is a part of Shivalik ranges of southern portion of Himalaya. Goddess Mansa is considered a form of Shakti. This Devi is worshipped to get the wishes fulfilled. Sage Kashyapa is considered the father of Mansa Devi. Various types of offerings are presented by the devotees to please the Goddess. This temple is one of the 51 Shakti Peeth in the country where the body part of Sati fell. Three Shakti Peethas are located in Haridwar district including Chandi Devi and Maya Devi temple. This temple is center of attraction due to the significance. Devotees from far flung areas also visit this temple.

By Road
Road connectivity inside and from other neighboring cities is good. Total distance of this temple is two kilometers from Bus station Haridwar.
By Rope Way
Mansa Devi Temple can also be reached through Rope way. The length of this way if 540 mts and located on the height of 178 mtrs from the normal ground level of the area. This rope way is also called “Mansa Devi’s Udan Khatola”.
