Odisha Chakreshvari Siva Temple
The Chakreshvari Siva Temple, Bhubaneswar is a living temple of the Hindus. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located in Orissa. The temple can be categorized under Rekha Deula Pidha. This is mainly because of the typical architecture of the temple where a type of flat column rises from the base of the plinth. There is a tank on the western side of the shrine in the temple. The platform on which the temple is built is low lying. There are several divisions within the temple that comprises of different shrines.

The temple is said to have been built in 10-11 AD. This temple comprises of exceptional feature among all the different temples of Bhubaneswar. There is an idol of four armed Ganesha seated on a mount, while there are images of Parvati and Kartikeya installed in front of the temple. There is also an amlaka stone in the southern part of the temple.
