During the progression of cultivation the farmer’s cultivator got stuck on something hard and in curiosity when he went to observe what that substance he was astounded to see a black colored glassy granite stone that was sopping in blood that was drenching towards Baitarani River. He got scared and went running to king and the King Niladrisamar Singh in the spur of moment came to the spot to locate what his farmer has found but to his surprise he saw that the blood was swapped with the milk and a very big black colored cobra was sitting keeping its hood raised. Later the same night the king saw a dream where he found that the God Akhandalamani came to that place. Following day everyone in the dynasty of King Niladri Samara SinghaMohapatra including the king himself worshipped the god with full faith and they decided to construct to build a temple made out of wood. The deity was worshipped by all the people who stayed in the nearby villages also. The worship of God Akhandalamani was taken by five Brahmins whom King has called to take all the care of the temple.
