Kerala Kuttikattu Shree Bhadra Kali Devi Temple
Kuttikattu Shree Bhadra Kali Devi Temple is one among the renowned Bhadrakali temples in Cherthala, Alappuzha district of Kerala. It is situated one kilometre at the west of Arthungal bypasses at NH-47 in Cherthala. The temple is house to many devotees and pilgrims. The rituals and festivals held in the temple attract people in a large number. The Special Vazipadu helped many devotees to gain wealth and prosperity, curing diseases and recovering health.
Ceremonies and Festivals
The temple is a pilgrimage centre for serpent god's devotees (Naga Devatha). Most pleasing of the various pages to the serpent is the Sarppam Pattu (son of Nagas). This ceremony takes place once annually in the temple. A Large portion of manpower is spent on Sarppam Pattu for many months. The nine Nagas are offered different worships namely Sarppa Yakshi, Nagaraja, Naga Chamundi, Kuzhi Nagam, Mani Nagam, Angu Thala Mani Nagam, Naga Yakshi and Para Nagam. On temple’s eastern side, devotees recite songs for pleasing serpents. Pulluvam songs accompany sounds through small Veenas and music of Pulluva women played on Kudam is familiar in Kuttikattu Shree Bhadra Kali Devi. Another major offering from the temple is the Rahukala Naranga Vilakku for setting marriages. It takes place on Friday of every week.
Rituals
Devotees are fed on special days of the temple.  Devotees are offered Prasadam ottu during Bhagavatha sapthaham days, Kunguma kalasam day, Prathishta days and Annual 10 day’s ceremony. All these days are sponsored through the Devaswom. Devotees may also contribute their share at the temple’s counter through remittance. All the holy rituals that are conducted in the temple are a major attraction for local pilgrims and tourists. The temple gets support from government for expanding its rituals and festivals.
