Delhi Sai Baba Mandir
It is said that Sai Baba is the only spiritual or sacred saint of 20 century who helped the people. It is known fact that like all other Sai Baba temples in the country this temple too was built by devotees of Sai. According to folklore, Sai Baba once said that he would be present all the time near their devotees. Hence, to honour Sai Baba, his devotees have constructed various temples all over the country. The main motto of building this temple is to spread sacred message of Sai Baba of Shirdi or Shirdi Sai Baba.
History
However, there is no proper evidence about its construction date yet it is a known fact that it has been constructed by Sai Bhakta or devotee Samaj or Society. In the temple, daily Poojas or prayers are performed such as Noon Arti, Shej Aarti, Dhoop Aarti and kakad Aarti. During all these Aarti events, devotees all around the neighbouring areas gather here to have sacred Darshan of Shirdi Sai Baba. Moreover, on Thursdays, a huge crowd of devotes gather at the temple to listen sacred teachings and discourses of Shirdi Sai Baba. This temple of Sai Baba is located close to famous Ram Mandir or temple and Jawahar stadium on famous lodhi or Lodi road area.

The Lodi colony railway station is the nearest railway station only 1 km distance from Sai Baba Mandir.

Visitors or devotees can also hire local road-transportation to get there.
Weather and Time to Visit
It is known fact that Delhi city presents great difference between winters and summers.
Summers – from March to June, during this period temperature rises to 46 degree Celsius.
Winters – from December to February, during this period city becomes cold and temperature could drop down to 2 degree Celsius.
Monsoons – from July to September, during this period, city experiences often heavy rainfalls.
So the best time to visit at Sai Baba Mandir is from the months of October to March. However, followers of Shirdi Sai Baba can visit throughout the year.
