Brief Description
A traditional roti, difficult to make at home. Roll out as thinly as possible and stretch before cooking.

- Plain Flour(Maida) – 2 ¼ cups
- Salt – ¼ tablespoon
- Soda Bicarbonate – 2 pinches
- Milk for Soft Dough
How to make Rumali Roti
- Take all ingredients together and mix it to make soft dough and keep it aside for 1 hour.
- Now, divide the dough into 10 to 15 portions and roll out each portion very thinly.
- Now, stretch a little from all sides and cook it on tava for ½ minute.
- And Serve hot.
