Green Tofu Soup

Time to Prepare 15 minutes Time for cooking 30 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Green Tofu Soup
- 1 cup Spinach or Kale
- ½ cup Pinto Beans
- 1 cup Onion
- 1 packet Tofu
- 1 clove Garlic-
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 2 Green Chili
- Cumin seeds
- Salt as needed

How To Make Green Tofu Soup
- Make out cubical pieces of tofu.
- Take a pan, heat oil and splutter the cumin seeds in it. Put in garlic, onions, ginger and sauté. Ad in kale once onions are transparent in color. Put in pinto beans and chilies as well.
- Now blend it all together to make a fine smooth paste. Put it into pan again and add water.
- Now add the tofu pieces & allows it to boil. Removes it from the heat when the soup starts to thicken. Put in the tofu pieces and let it boil. Take it off the heat once the soup is thickening.
- Serve it hot.
