Cream Celery Soup

Time to Prepare 20 minutes Time for cooking 20 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Cream Celery Soup
- chicken stock- 3 quarts
- coarsely chopped celery- 3 pounds
- julienned carrots- ½ pound
- chopped onions- ½ pound
- all-purpose flour- 1 cup
- salt 1 tbsp
- white pepper, ground- 1 tsp
- hot milk- 3 quarts
- margarine- 1 cup
How To Make Cream Celery Soup
- Take a large pot and pour in the chicken stock. Let it boil for a while and add in carrots, celery and onions.
- Take a mixing bowl and combine flour, pepper, salt and milk. Put this mixture and margarine into the pot.
- Cook for another ten minutes and filter out the vegetables
- Serve it hot.

One can use potatoes to thicken the soup or even rice if favored. Just let the uncooked rice simmer in the soup.
