Chicken Soup
Brief Description
Chicken soup is an extremely tasty and filling recipe. It is eaten in many parts of the world with much fervor. This recipe is very easy to prepare and has lots of nutritional benefits. Prepare this recipe at home by following the recipe provided below.
Time to Prepare 15 minutes Time for cooking 30 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Chicken Soup
- chicken pieces- 2 ½ cup
- Eggs- 2
- chopped spring onions- 1
- black pepper powder- 1 tsp
- salt as required
- sugar- ½ tsp
How To Make Chicken Soup
- Take a pan and heat butter in it. Sauté the onions in it till they turn golden brown.
- Put in meat and fry till it turns brown. Pour in hot water and let it simmer till meat is done.
- When done filter out the pieces from liquid and also take out the fat.
- Slowly pour in the egg whites while continuously stirring.
- Sprinkle the salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Filter the soup if needed.
- Serve it hot as it is or with chunks of meats if desired.
