Edamame Salad
Brief Description
This famous salad recipe was given by Shawn Eidelman from Ruby’s foo. This delicious salad is very good for your health and has very little amount of calories. Use the recipe given below to prepare this recipe at home.
Time to Prepare 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Edamame Salad
- Corn kernels, cooked- 1 ¼ tsp
- shelled edamame- ½ cup
- chopped red onion- ¼ cup
- diced red bell pepper- ¼ cup
- chopped fresh cilantro- 1 tbsp
- light mayonnaise- 1 tbsp
- lemon juice- 1 tbsp
- grated ginger 1 ½ tsp
- salt- 1/8 tsp
- black pepper 1/8 tsp
How To Make Edamame Salad
- Grill the corn kernels.
- Take out into a bowl and add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover it up and place in refrigerator to be chilled till needed to be served.
