Cheesy Rice Balls
Brief Description
This snack recipe is really delicious in taste and is quite easy in preparation. Follow this simple method to prepare this yummy recipe.
Time to Prepare 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes No of Serves 4 Ingredients For Cheesy Rice Balls
- A cup of Long Grain Rice
- Chicken stock-one cup
- One tablespoon butter
- Two third cup of mozzeralla cheese
- Two third cup of cheddar cheese
- one egg
- three tablespoon milk
- one cup bread crumbs
- Add salt and pepper according to taste
- canola oil-one cup
How To Make Cheesy Rice Balls
- Firstly mix cheese, eggs, mozzarella, rice, pepper, salt and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Allow this mixture to cool at room temperature.
- Now mould this rice mixture in 1-inch balls or 2-inch sticks.
- Now mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a separate bowl.
- Now apply the bread crumb mixture on rolled balls.
- Put this prepared mixture on a baking sheet.
- The baking sheet used should be coated with cooking spray
- Now finally bake it at a temp of about 450 degrees for about 15 minutes till it turns golden brown in color.
- The recipe prepared can be served with Marinara sauce.

Different type of cheese can be used to prepare this recipe. Bacon or ham along with chives can be added to the recipe for better taste.
