Chana Sundal

Time to Prepare 15 minutes Time for Cooking 30 minutes No. of sServings 4 Ingredients For Chana Sundal
- Kabuli Chana- 1 cup
- Urad Dal- 1 tsp
- Mustard Seeds - ¼ tsp
- grated Raw Mango-1 tbsp
- Oil- ½ tbsp
- Coriander Leaves- 1 tbsp
- Red Chilies- 2
- Green Chilies- 3
- Ginger- ½ inch
- grated Coconut- 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
How To Make Chana Sundal
- Kabuli chana should be soaked in water overnight. Use pressure cooker to completely cook the kabuli chana.
- Take a pan and heat ½ tbsp oil in it. Add mustard, chilies, curry leaves and dal in it and fry for a while.
- Add in ginger, salt, chana and mix well.
- Pour in a cup of water and cook for ten minutes under the cover.
- Use grated raw mango and grated coconut to garnish the recipe.
