Time to Prepare 15 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Serves 4 Ingredients For Bottlegourd Raita
- grated bottlegourd- 1 cup
- plain yogurt- 1 cup
- cumin powder- ½ tsp
- red chili powder- ½ to 1 tsp
- coriander leaves- 2 tsp
- Salt as needed
How To Make Bottlegourd Raita
- Cook the grated bottlegourd in microwave with salt for seasoning. It can also be boiled in a container if needed. Let it cool down.
- Take bowl and mix in yoghurt, bottlegourd, water, red chili powder, cumin powder and salt.
- Mix well and use coriander leaves to garnish with. Serve with plain roti, jowar- bajra roti or stufferd paranthas.
