- Chopped tomatoes- 2 numbers
- Coconut scrapings- half cup
- Chopped green chilies- one number
- Chopped coriander leaves- one tbsp
- Curry leaves- 8 number
- Mustard seeds- half tbsp
- Yoghurt or curd- 1 cup
- Oil- one tbsp
- Salt and sugar for tasting
