Potato Raita
Brief Description
Potato raita is healthy and yummy Indian food recipe. And it is prepared with the combination of curd and potato. The main ingredients include chopped green chili, cumin seeds, black pepper, coriander leaves and salt for taste. This raita helps to provide you proteins and calcium which help to keep your health in control. And this potato raita is best to serve with rice and chapatti.
Time to prepare 10 minutes Time to cook 10 minutes Serves 4 serves Ingredients for the recipe
- 200 grams- curd or dhee
- 3 number- boiled potato
- One number- chopped green chili
- Half tbsp- roasted cumin seeds
- ½ tbsp- black pepper
- 1 ½ tbsp- chopped coriander leaves
- Salt- for tasting
How To Make The Recipe
- First you mix curd or water with hand mixture well.
- After that you can put mash potatoes in curd or water mixture and then you can add cumin seeds, black pepper, green chili and salt for taste in to the mixture and mix it well.
- Finally your favorite raita is ready to eat after that you can take out this potato raita in a small bowl and can add little roasted cumin seeds powder in it.
- For garnish you can use coriander leaves. And serve this delicious raita with cold.
