Time to prepare 10 minutes Time to cook 10 minutes Serves 4 serves Ingredients For The Recipe
- Yogurt or curd- 3 cups
- Besan or gram flour- 120 grams
- Roasted jeera or Cumin powder- 1 tbsp
- salt for tasting
- Red chili powder for tasting
- garam masala for tasting
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1-2 number
- For fry- oil
How To Make The Recipe
- First you can bring water and add water to besan or gram flour and mix it fine.
- After that you can add salt for taste and mix till it becomes light. Add salt & beat till becomes light. Now you can take a small pan and heat oil and mix above mixture in it and fry it till become crispy and golden.
- After that you should mix the curd well with hand mixture. Now you can add little milk and boondi and stir it well till it become thick.
- Now you can add cumin powder, salt for taste and chili powder and stir it well with hand mixture.
- Finally you can add garam masala and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Now you will see your favourite plain raita is ready and serve with cold.
