Eggplant Raita
Brief Description

- curd -250 gm
- brinjal -1
- a pinch asafetida
- oil -1 tsp
- salt according to taste
- black pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
How To Make The Recipe
- Take a bowl. Add curd to it and whisk it properly. Then keep aside for some time.
- Now place an oil coating over the brinjal and make a whole in it with the help of knife.
- After that fry the Baingan over the gas till it changes its color.
- Keep it aside till it gets completely cooled. After that remove the outer covering and mash it well.
- Add this mashed Baingan to the curd and add salt, kali mirch and jeera powder according to taste.
- Baingan ka Raita is ready to be served
