Brief Description
Here's a delicious puri recipe with some pudina in it. Now we will learn how to prepare pudina mint puri.
Total Preparation Time 15 minutes Total Cooking Time 10 minutes Servings 4 Ingredients of Pudina Puri
- Wheat Flour (Gehun Ka Atta)- 250 gm
- Fresh Mint (Pudina) -1/2 cup
- Add Salt Acording to Taste
- Use Clarified Butter for Frying
How to make Pudina Puri
- Wash and properly grind the pudina.
- Now mix salt, pudina, atta and 1 tbsp of ghee.
- Now knead it to prepare into hard dough.
- Prepare some small balls from the dough and then roll them into small puris.
- Start heating the ghee in a pan.
- Now fry each puri in ghee.
- Cook one side completely first and then turn it to other till it becomes light brown.
- Puris are prepared and are ready to serve hot.
Some Useful Tips
These Poories do not puff up like balloons like regular ones because of the minced Mint leaves and spices which are present in the dough but they do taste good!
