Introduction

Jharkhand Liberation Front or Jharkhand Mukti Morcha is political party of state in state of Jharkhand in India. It has potency of two in 15th Lok Sabha. Mr. Shibu Soren is President of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha. JMM is a powerful political party also in the adjacent states of Orissa, West Bengal.

At the year 2005 Assembly elections of Jharkhand state, the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha took 2nd place and got seventeen of the eighty one seats. It sustains the administration of sovereign Chief Minister Mr. Madhu Koda that was created in 2006. It persists being an energetic part of “United-Progressive-Alliance”.

History

Jharkhand-Mukti-Morcha is political party of territory in India chiefly having the base in the state of Jharkhand. Party is led by supreme politician Mr. Sibu Soren having 5 members in parliament nominated in year 2004 parliamentary ballot. The superior party leader Mr. Shibu Soren is among renowned supporters of the INC (Indian National Congress) headed “United Progressive Alliance” in center. JMM was legitimately formed on Birsa Munda’s birthday, the Jharkhand tribal warrior of 19th century which fought British who were ruling in the state of Jharkhand. Jharkhand came into power on the birthday of Birsa Munda also in year 2000.

Shibu Soren also supports Jharkhand state government constituted in year 2006 plus governed by Madhu Koda who was sovereign Chief Minister of the state. Jharkhand Mukti Morcha which Soren leads has record of over 20 years while it was created by Mr. Bihari Binod Mahato. While the crisis of the UPA government in center Sibu Soren headed Jharkhand Mukti Morcha backed Congress government.

Shibu Soren

Shibu Soren was born on 11 January in 1944 in village of Nemra in Ramgarh district. He is Indian politician and former CM of state of Jharkhand in India. Soren was confirmed as 7th Chief Minister of the state of Jharkhand on 30 December in year 2009 subsequent to win the Assembly elections of Jharkhand. He reconciled on 30th May, 2010 after weakening to get alliance support from BJP “Bharatiya Janata Party” his nationwide party partner. He earlier represented Jharkhand’s Dumka constituency in 14th Lok Sabha. He is President of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM), an UPA constituent.

On 9th January, 2009, Shibu Soren was beaten by election to Tamar constituency assembly to political apprentice Gopal Krishan Patar also known as Raja Peter from the Party of Jharkhand by margin of more than 9,000 votes. Shibu was previous re-appointed as the Jharkhand’s Chief Minister on 27 August, 2008 after the life time in murder case of Shashinath Jha was set sideways by High Court of Delhi in August in year 2007 citing Central Bureau of Investigation as "miserably failing" to prove Soren's connection in crime. After Assembly elections, Shibu Soren once more formed Government in association with the Bhartiya Janta Party, and was confirmed as Chief Minister in Jharkhand on 30th December, 2009.

He was coal minister in Cabinet of Union in November, 2006, when district court of Delhi found him culpable in murder of the private secretary Mr. Shashinath Jha in year 1994. He also has been accused in past on several criminal charges.
