Manga Kari
Brief Description
Manga Kari is a delicious pickle recipe which is quite easy in preparation and can be prepared in a really quick time. Like other pickles this recipe doesn’t require too much oil in preparation. Follow this easy method to prepare this tasty recipe.
Preparation Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 25 minutes Number of Serves 4 Ingredients For Manga Kari
- One Green mango
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- ¼ tsp of Mustard seeds
- ½ tsp of Methi seeds
- ¼ tsp of Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Hing powder
- Curry leaves
How To Make Manga Kari
- First divide the mango in small pieces.
- Now take a pan and heat some oil in it and then fry mustard seeds in that oil.
- Now add mangoe pieces to the pan and fry it for some time.
- Take methi seeds, roast them and crush it to make a powder form. This mixture will act as preservant for the pickle
- Add the remaining ingredients and above prepared mixture to manga pieces.
- Your pickle recipe is now prepared and ready to serve
Some Useful Tips
- Mix the sliced mango pieces with salt and place it in glass container for some days and then this pickle recipe will be prepared.
