Kachalu Pickle
Brief Description
Kachalu pickle is a tangy and tasty pickle recipe which can be prepared easily at home. To prepare this tasty pickle you just need to follow this simple method.
Preparation Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 40 minutes Number of Serves 4 Ingredients For Kachalu Pickle
- 500 gram kachalus
- No of Garlic cloves-15
- Half tsp ajwain
- Half tsp dry orange colour
- Half tsp Red chili pepper
- One tsp Salt
- Amount of Oil -1 ½ cup
- Spices of Arbi Pickle
How To Make Kachalu Pickle
- First boil all the kachalus and do this till they become soft.
- Now divide it in thick round shape pieces.
- Now crush ajwain and garlic and combine it with red chilli pepper , salt, and add some orange colour to the mixture.
- Apply this paste on kachalu pieces.
- Take a pan and fry some oil in it.
- Take it out from the pan and add rest of the ingredients to the mixture and recipe will be prepared.
