- 1 kilogram galgal
- Salt-225 gm
- Kasoori methiĀ or dry fenugreek leaves-30gm
- Turmeric -20gm
- Red chili pepper-20gm
- Mustard Oil -250ml
How To Make Galgal Pickle
- Firstly divide the galgals in small pieces.
- Now add all the ingredients with galgal and mix all of these ingredients properly.
- Put this prepared mixture in a container and pour oil over the mixture.
- Add enough amount of oil so that it covers the pickle completely.
