Crunchy Vegetable Pickle

Preparation Time 10 minutes Cooking Time 15 minutes Number of Serves 4 Ingredients For Crunchy Vegetable Pickle
- Properly grinded mixed vegetables-2 ½ cups
- Mustard seeds-2 tablespoon
- Chilli powder-1 ½ tsp
- One fourth teaspoon of asafoetida
- Half teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoon salt
How To Make Crunchy Vegetable Pickle
- Firstly mix all the vegetables with salt and then put these vegetables in half cup of water and mix it properly.
- Put it in an air tight glass jar and keep it aside for one day.
- Remove 2tbsp water from these vegetables mixture
- Now mix asafetida, chilli powder, split mustard seeds and turmeric powder with the pickled water and crush it completely to form a paste type mixture.
- Now add this paste mixture to the pickle and mix it properly.
- Finally the pickle recipe is prepared and for preserving the pickle keep it in fridge.
