Chili Ginger Pickle

- 200 gms Green chilli
- 200 gms grinded Ginger
- Half cup Lemon juice
- One teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- Add salt according to taste
How To Make Chili Ginger Pickle
- Take a container and put salt, turmeric powder and lemon juice in it.
- Now cut the green chillies from the middle portion and do this in such a way that the green chilies won’t get divided in 2 parts.
- Place these green chilies in the lemon juice.
- Now add some grinded ginger in this mixture.
- Now put these ginger chilli mixture in a glass jar and keep it in sunlight for 2 to 3 days.
- The pickle recipe is now prepared and can be served either with puri, parathas and roti.
