- 500gm Beef
- Vinegar-one cup
- Properly Chopped Onion -one
- Ginger-one piece
- Garlic-1 teaspoon
- No of Cloves-10
- Chili Powder-half cup
- Turmeric Powder-half teaspoon
- Mustard Seeds-one teaspoon
- Fenugreek Seeds-one teaspoon
- Curry Leaves
- Oil-half cup
- Add Salt as per your taste
How To Make Beef Pickle
- Firstly take meat and then cook it with vinegar and salt and do this till the meat becomes soft.
- Take a frying pan and heat some oil in it and now sauté the already cooked beef in the pan.
- Now take another pan and start roasting fenugreek and mustard seeds in it without using any oil.
- Crush these seeds with rest of the ingredients.
- Now take a large frying pan and heat some oil in it and sauté onions in it.
- Now add the ground masala mixture in it and stir it.
- Finally add meat and vinegar in the mixture and mix it properly.
- Pickle is now prepared and can be served with chapatis or rice.
