Singori
Brief Description
Singori is originally from Kumaon hills of Uttarakhand in India. It is more delicious, aromatic shiny and pretty made from khoya, grated coconut and sugar. Singori is more popular in North India. It is easy to make by following this recipe.
Preparation Time Minutes - 10 Time for cooking Minutes - 45 Serves 4 Ingredients For Singori
- Khoya (evaporated milk) - ½ kg
- Cane sugar (crystalline white sugar) - ½ kg
- Fresh grated coconut - 150Gms
- Molu leaves folded into cones - 2-4
- Fresh rose petals - 2 tablespoon
How to make Singori
- Mix khoya, fresh grated coconut and cane sugar in a deep pan. Allow to cook it on average flame about 15-20 minutes. Set aside to cool completely.
- Now transfer it into the cone shaped molu leaves. Garnish it with clean rose petals.
- Now Singori is ready to enjoy eating and serve.
