The Chinese Temple & Monastery is quite small, but houses a statue of Buddha, as well as a Chinese temple. This proves the amalgamation of Chinese culture with Buddhism. It is located near the maha bodhi temple in Gaya and is visited by tourists who arrive in gaya to look at the different types of Buddhism shrines in the region.

Reaching There
Since the Chinese Temple & Monastery is situated in Bodh Gaya, people will have to alight at Gaya, which is about 12 kms from the monastery and travel by bus or private taxis. They can also get down at the airport in Gaya or Patna, which is at about 108 kms away.
