- 2- Cabbage
- Half cup- Shelled Peas
- Half cup- Tuvar Dal
- Half cup- Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp- Tamarind Extract
- Half cup- Coconut
- 2 tbsp-Coriander Seeds
- Half cup- Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp- Urad Dal
- ½ cup- Fenugreek Seeds
- 2- Red Chilies
For Seasoning:
- 2 tbsp- Oil
- Half tbsp- Mustard Seeds
- One- Onion
- 2 - Green Chilies
- 2- Curry Leaves
How to make Shrimps Ghashi
- First you should boil dal with turmeric powder.
- After that you should boil peas and cabbage separately with salt and keep aside.
- For seasoning you can use mustard seeds in oil.
- Now you can fry curry leaves, chili and onion until onion become brown in color.
- After that you can add cooked dal, tamarind extract, water, vegetables, and ground masala and cook it for 5 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
