- Roasted Red Peppers- 7 ounce
- Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese- ¾ pound
- Cream Cheese- 8 ounce
- Mayonnaise- one cup
- Minced Onion- 1 tbsp
- Clove Garlic- one
- Dijon-Style Mustard- 2 tbsp
How to make Red Pepper Dip
