Time to prepare 20 minutes Time to cook 15 minutes Serves 4 serves Ingredients For Hummus
- Kabuli Chana- half cup
- Garlic- 2 cloves
- Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
- Curds- half cup
- Salt for Taste
- Olive Oil- 2 tbsp
- Chopped Parsley- 2 tbsp
- Chili Powder- 1 tbsp
How to make Hummus
- First you soak the Kabuli chana in water for 8 hours.
- After that you can cook kabuli chana in a pressure cooker. Drain and cool and keep drained liquid aside.
- Now you can take a small pan and heat 2 tbsp oil in it. And add lemon juice, cooked kabuli chana, salt, garlic and strained water.
- Finally you can see your favourite recipe is ready to eat. For garnish you can use coriander leaves and chili powder.
