Cajun Shrimp Kebabs
Brief Description
Kebabs have always been a delight for the non vegetarians and have their origin in Turkey and Middle East nations. A kind of Kebab dish is Cajun Shrimp Kebabs made in ethnic Cajun cuisine specially Frenchmen. Shrimps are fresh and salt water creatures.
Time to prepare 20 minutes Time to cook 10 minutes Serves 4 serves Ingredients For Cajun Shrimp Kebabs
- Olive Oil To Cook Or Fry – 1 tablespoon
- Lemon JUICE – 4 tablespoon
- Seasoned Cajun – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 1 small piece
- Shrimps – Medium in Size With Tail.
How to make Cajun Shrimp Kebabs
- Skewers are preferred for these kinds of dishes as shrimps are difficult to hold in hand.
- So first take at least 4 skews and keep them in cold water for half an hour.
- Prepare the mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, seasoned Cajun and garlic.
- Not take out shrimps, place them on a flat or round glassy surface and pour the above mixture over them before hanging them on skews and grilling.
- After 2 to 3 minutes serve the dish with rice and vegetable.
