Preparation Time 25 mins Cooking Time 60 mins Serves 6 Ingredients for Brown Bread
- Wheat Flour – 250 grams
- Fresh Yeast – 10 gram
- Sugar – ¾ tbsp
- Butter – 1 tbsp
- Salt – ¾ tbsp
- Water- 1 cup
How to make Brown Bread
- First you take the flour and filter it.
- After that you can add yeast, sugar and water to flour and wait for 10 minutes.
- Then you can add salt, butter and warm water into it when bubbles start coming on top. Stir it to make soft dough for 2 minutes. Keep aside.
- Now you can start again work on the dough again after 20 minutes in the shape of loaf.
- Press it in the greased loaf tin and keep wait for 20 minutes.
- After that you can bake bread in oven for 20 minutes at 200 degree C.
- Finally your brown bread recipe is ready to eat.
