Baked Poha
Brief Description

Time to prepare 10 minutes Time to cook 15 minutes Serves 4 serves Ingredients For Baked Poha
- Poha- 1 ½ cups
- Chopped Coriander- 2 tbsp
- Green Chili- 1
- Curds- half cup
- Semolina – 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice- 2 tbsp
- Sugar- 2 tbsp
- Salt To Taste
For the tempering
- Oil- 2 tbsp
- Mustard Seeds – ½ tbsp
- Asafetida- A Pinch
How to make Baked Poha
- Firstly clean and drain poha with clean water.
- After that you can add green chili, semolina, sugar, coriander, yoghurt, lemon juice and salt and mix it.
- Smear a baking dish and spread mixture.
- After that heat oil in a pan and add asafetida and mustard seeds and fry it until it become feez.
- Spray this seeds in poha. Heat it upto 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with hot.
