- Spaghetti- 6 ounce
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Grated Parmesan Cheese- 1/3 cup
- Eggs- 2
- Ground Beef- 1 pound
- Onion- Half Cup Chopped
- Green Bell Pepper- ΒΌ cup
- Clove Garlic- 1
- Tomatoes- 1
- Tomato Paste- 6 ounce
- White Sugar- 1 tbsp
- Oregano- 1 tbsp
- Cheese- 1 cup
- Cheese- half cup
How to make Baked Cottage Cheese Pie
- First you should cook and drain spaghetti. And mix it with parmesan cheese, margarine and eggs.
- Preheat oven to 175 degrees C.
- After that you can take a skillet and mix onion, garlic, beef, and green pepper. And drain off the fat and mix in the tomato paste, oregano, untrained tomatoes, and sugar.
- Then you can spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust then pour in the beef and tomato mixture.
- Finally you can bake at 175 degrees C for 15 minutes.
- For sprinkle you can use mozzarella cheese over the top of the pie then bake for 10 minutes.
