For The Stew
- Dried Apricots – 1 ½ cups
- Cinnamon Sticks- 2
- Clove - 1
- Lemon Juice- ½ tbsp
For The Vanilla Custard
- Low Fat Milk- 1 cup
- Custard Powder- 2 tbsp
- Sugar- 3 tbsp
- Walnuts- 2 tbsp
How to make Apricot Stew with Vanilla Custard
For The Stew
- First you should soak the apricots in 1 cup of hot water for 2 hrs.
- After that you can add all other ingredients and allow water to come to boil.
- Now you can boil these ingredients on a medium heat for 5 minutes until the apricots become syrupy and soft.
For The Vanilla Custard
- First you mix the custard powder in ½ cup of milk and keep it aside.
- After that you can boil the remaining milk with custard powder mixture and sugar and cook it on a slow gas.
- Cool and keep aside.
