Brief Description

Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Rabri
- Milk-10 cups
- Sugar -4 tbsp
- Cardamom Seeds-4 green
- Kewra Essence-4 drops
- A Pinch of Green Cardamom Powder
- A Pinch of Pistachio Powder
How to make Rabri
- Take a pan and boil the milk.
- Add the sugar and cardamom seeds and keep it over a low heat for abot 2-3 hours until the milk get thickened and get reduced to one quarter.
- After that keep the milk aside and add the kewra essence.
- Add the cardamom and pistachio powders.
- Your serving is ready to be eaten.
