Puran Poli
Brief Description

Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Puran Poli
- 450 gms- Chana Dal
- Sugar- 500 gms
- 250 gms- Wheat Flour
- 50 gms- Flour
- 5 tsp- Oil
- 1/2 grated- Nutmeg
- 50 gms- Powdered Cardamom
- Ghee
How to make Puran Poli
- Firstly wash the daal.
- Take a pan. Put daal into a pan. Add some sugar in daal and cook it until it becomes cooked properly.
- Remove this pan from heat.
- Add cardamom powder in it.
- Stir it well and keep it aside to cool.
- Mix the wheat flour and water to make dough.
- Keep it aside for 2-3 hours.
- Make small balls of gram daal mixture and stuff that small ball in a dough roll.and cover it completely.
- Roll out into a chapati and put on a tawa till done on a both sides, and add aome ghee or oil around.
- Fry till done.
- Puran poli is ready to serve.
