- Milk-4 cups
- Sugar -8 tsp.
- Ground Green Cardamom Seeds -1/2 tsp.
- Sliced Skinned Pista -1tbsp.
- Skinned Thinly Sliced Badam -1tbsp.
How to make Kesar Pista Kulfi
- Boil the milk at high heat and stir constantly.
- And boil the milk till it gets thickened and reduced to about 13/4th cups.
- Now add the sugar, nuts and cardamom seeds, stir well, allow to cool.
- Pour the mixture into molds. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for about 6 hours.
- After 6hrs, remove the Kulfi from the molds and serve them in plates.
