- Almonds -1/2 cup
- Milk-1 litre
- Sugar - 250 grams
- Cardamom Powder -1 teaspoon
- Saffron -1 teaspoon
- Pistachios -1 tablespoon
- Raisins-1 1/2 tablespoon
How to make Doodh Pak
- For an hour, put the almonds in warm water. After an hour, peel the almonds and grind it into a fine paste.
- On the other hand, dissolve the saffron in 1 tablespoon of warm milk and keep it aside.
- Take a pan and Boil the milk. Add the almond paste while stirring constantly and cook them for about half an hour.
- Now add saffron, sugar, pista and raisins.
- Cook till the milk turns thick.
- Doodh paak is ready to be served.
