Coconut Burfi
Brief Description

Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Coconut Burfi
- Khoya-225 gms
- Dry Coconut -225 gms
- Cardamom Seeds - 1 tsp
- Ghee-1 tbsp
- Sugar-2 to 3 cups
- Water-2 cups
- Grated Almonds- 1/2 tsp
- Grated Pistachios - 1/2 tsp
How to make Coconut Burfi
- Add khoya to the coconut and fry them with ghee lightly.
- Add cardamom and mix them.
- Prepare syrup with sugar and water.
- Add coconut mixture into the syrup. Stir well.
- Coat the plate with oil and spread the chopped nuts on it.
- Spread the prepared batter evenly over the plate and keep it aside till it gets cool.
- Then cut it into desired shapes.
- The serving is ready now.
