Basundi

- Milk -2 litres
- Lemon Juice-2 tbsp
- Sugar -1 cup
- Crushed Cardamoms-8
- Crushed Almond -5
- chopped Charioli nuts-10
How to make Basundi
- Take a kadhai and boil about half a litre of milk in it.
- After boiling is over, add few drops of lemon juice to it and stir continuously till the milk gets granular shape.
- Set the flame to low and cook the mixture again for 10 minutes with sugar and stir the mixture at regular intervals.
- Pour the resultant to a bowl and add the cardamoms and the nuts.
- Mix thoroughly and serve immediately.
