Badam Ka Halwa

Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 30 mins Serves 4 Ingredients for Badam Ka Halwa
- Badam-2 cups
- Sugar-2 to 3 cups
- Kesar Color-2 drops
- Ghee-1 to 2 cups
- Milk -1 cup
How to make Badam Ka Halwa
- Take all the almonds and put them in hot water for about an hour.
- Then after an hour, remove their skin and then grind them with milk.
- Now make sugar syrup and add the badaam paste to the syrup and cook them for sometime.
- Add some drops of kesar color.
- Lower the heat and then add ghee while stirring continuously.
