Tuna Stuffed Eggs
Brief Description
Tuna stuffed eggs are absolutely delicious and perfect as quick snacks. They are done in no time and very easy to prepare. Make the tuna stuffed eggs by following this recipe.
Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 10 mins Serves 4 Ingredients For Tuna Stuffed Eggs
- Eggs- 4
- Softened unsalted butter- 2 tbsp
- Mashed tuna- ΒΌ cup
- Grated Parmigiano-Reggiano- 1 tbsp
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Leaves of lettuce
- For garnishing we need chopped parsley
How To Make Tuna Stuffed Eggs
- Boil the eggs in water and then cool them under the tap water.
- Peel off the eggs and then cut vertically in half and remove the egg yolks. Make a mixture of egg yolk, Parmigiano-Reggiano, tuna and butter. Make sure that the mixture has a smooth consistency to it.
- Place lettuce leaves on the serving platter. Then line up the egg whites on it. Scoop up tuna mixture and fill the egg whites. Use chopped parsley to garnish and serve right away.
