Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 15 mins Serves 4 Ingredients For Tuna Fish Tomato Curry
- Tuna fish- ½ kg
- Coriander powder- ½ tsp
- Cumin powder- ½ tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Chili powder- 1 tbsp
- powdered Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Salt as needed
- minced Onion - 1
- chopped tomato- 1
- Oil for cooking
- Fresh coriander leaves
How To Make Tuna Fish Tomato Curry
- Slice tuna fish into small pieces and marinate with turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt.
- Take a pan and heat oil in it. Add chopped tomatoes and onions.
- Sauté till onions are translucent and tomatoes are pulpy
- Put in cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and chili powder to the tomatoes and onions.
- Pour in water for gravy and salt as needed.
- Let it simmer on low flames.
- Get it all to a boil and add fish pieces into it.
- Use coriander fish to garnish.
- Serve hot with plain steamed rice.
