Tuna Fish Cake

- Tuna- 1 can
- Potatoes- 300g
- Egg- 1
- Butter- 1 tbsp
- Milk- 1 tbsp
- Onions (optional)
- Seasonings
How to Make Tuna Fish Cake
- Peel and boil the potatoes. Make sure you cut them into small pieces if they are big potatoes.
- Chop the onions and fry them in a pan.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and add in milk and butter to make it creamier.
- Mix in tuna and onions with the mashed potatoes. Season with spices and salt. You can also add any other items you want to like bell peppers etc.
- Add a beaten egg to act as a binding agent.
- Take a handful of the mixture and make it into a patty.
- Heat up oil in a frying pan and shallow fry the patties from both sides till they are golden brown in color.
