Thai Fish Balls

- White fish fillets- 500 gms
- Fish sauce- 1 tbsp
- Red Thai curry Paste- 2 tsp
- Chopped coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
How To Make Thai Fish Balls
- Divide the fish fillets into small chunks.
- Use a food processor to make paste.
- Add in the fish sauce, curry paste and salt.
- Keep churning the other mixture for 30 seconds.
- Take out the mixture in a bowl and drop in the corianders. Mix the coriander well into the mixture.
- Make small balls and refrigerate them to become firm.
- Heat up oil for deep frying. Put in the balls into oil and deep fry them for 2 minutes.
- Serve it with Sweet Thai Chili sauce.
