Squids Sukka
Brief Description
Squids Sukka is recipe of a spicy squid curry. You can use coconut as a nice addition to the recipe for improving the taste. Learn how to make this recipe by following the given below procedure.
Preparation Time 15 mins Cooking Time 15 mins Serves 4 Ingredients For Squids Sukka
- ½ kg cleaned and cut squids.
- ½ Grated coconut
- 10 red chilies
- 2 tbsp coriander seeds
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- 6 Crushed garlic flakes
- ¼ tsp jeera powder
- 2 Chopped onion
How To Make Squids Sukka
- Roast the coriander seeds, turmeric, red chilies and onions till onions are golden brown and grind them all to a smooth paste.
- Take a wok and heat 1 tbsp of oil. Sauté crushed garlic for a minute in it.
- Put in jeera powder, ground paste, squid, curry leaves and two cups of water. Bring it all to a boil and then lower the heat to let it simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Once the squid is done add the grated coconut, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, serve hot.
